Financial Analysis:

• Prepare analyses that identify and communicate business results, trends, and outlooks, create analysis, commentary, and presentation materials (both financial results and business initiatives) for monthly business reviews
  

Business Analysis:

Provide value-added insights for restaurant and finance leadership

Financial Modeling:

• Prepare financial models with an integrated set of financial statements, assumptions and metrics; analyze past results and future outcomes in conjunction with market analyses to develop recommendations for changes in model assumptions; perform sensitivity analyses to assess a reasonable range of outcomes
  

Financial & Operational Reporting:

Develop, analyze and summarize various weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports and analysis

Planning:

• Compile restaurant-level annual plans and prepare analysis of actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior year; understand and share major forecast assumptions and the effect on the company
  
• Process Improvements: Regularly evaluate current processes and tools, identify best practices, develop plans, and implement improvements
  
• Project Support and Ad-Hoc Requests: Support development and preparation of ad hoc financial and business analytics on numerous revenue and expense areas, return on investment analyses, and other projects as requested
  

THE SKILLS:

Required:

• Bachelor??s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related finance field
  
• 2+ years?? experience in FP&A, finance, or a related area
  
• Experience with or aptitude for learning a variety of financial systems and database applications such as Excel, Access, SQL, PowerPoint, data warehousing, data mining, data modeling, business intelligence, etc.
  
• Ability to analyze key operational and financial trends across the business
