• Drive standardization of end-to-end processes; optimize the RICEWF to as minimum as possible
  
• Provide thought leadership in architectural and design decisions for S/4 Hana UI, Integration, Reporting and Data Migration
  
• Review and drive the alignment of system integrator provided solutions to Galloâ??s guiding principles across functional and technical areas
  
• Understand the satellite system landscape and provide guidance on simplification of integration need
  

Technology Leadership

• Provide guidance to internal teams on best practices in leveraging SAP specific technologies
  
• Participate and drive internal capability building in SAP S/4 Hana related technologies and business functions
  
• Evangelize adoption of standard tools that work best with S/4 Hana
  
• Keep pace with evolving trends in S/4 Hana, research as needed, and enable well informed key decisions in the project
  
• Project Management Support
  
• Manage and drive the deliverables from a team of internal SAP configuration experts
  
• Provide inputs to the management team on the dependencies and risks in the proposed solution
  
• Ensure best practice adherence leveraging tools available within S/4 Hana as well as provide direction on choosing right tools and accelerators
  

What You Need

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  
• Bachelor's or Business Management degree plus 8 years of SAP related experience in various Functional and/or Technical positions reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or 12 years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, business intelligence or operations reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
  
• Minimum of five years of working in SAP PP, SAP SD, SAP MM and SAP FI modules with at least (1) one year of experience in SAP PM and SAP QM modules
  
• Demonstrated experience with industry best practices and implementing SAP business processes integrating with multiple non-SAP applications
  
• Experience in multiple end to end full life cycle SAP implementation projects and at least 1 end to end full life cycle SAP implementation on Hana.
  
• Demonstrated understanding and application of the functional and technical aspects of the analysis and design process and its associated documentation (ie. Functional/technical specifications, test plans)
  
• Demonstrated experience in design of integrations, customizations and reports in SAP leveraging SAP technologies (ABAP, Fiori, SAP Process Integration, Net weaver, BO, Data Services)
  

What Will Set You Apart

• Master??s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, Mathematics, or Engineering
  
• Strong hands-on experience in process design and development of RICEWF on SAP Hana
  
• Understanding of Master Data in SAP
  
• Clear understanding of Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and Plan to Produce processes in SAP and integration to other functions
