POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Responsible for the proper accounting and reporting of all corporate insurance programs
- Responsible for the intercompany billing of premiums, monthly/quarterly insurance reporting, and coordination of annual insurance audits
- Reconcile accounts related to insurance programs
- Responsible for subcontractor prequalification process and systems
- Review subcontractor pre qualification submission for completeness and accuracy and enter into subcontractor
Prequalification System
- Follow up with subcontractors for missing subcontractor prequalification data
- Perform routine standard investigations into subcontractor??s financial information to verify it is fairly reported to
- Evaluate and maintain subcontractor prequalification status
- Execute add-hoc subcontractor prequalification requests
- Verify risk mitigation steps are occurring on subcontracts with exception requests
- Discuss/recommend maximum contract limits with Division Managers as needed
- Provide Division Managers with alternative subcontractor risk mitigation strategies upon request
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Four-year business/accounting degree, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 2+ year accounting related experience
- Exposure to financial reporting is preferred
