Job Description

  • The Enrollment Management System Administrator works as a member of the enrollment management team and performs a variety of tasks that require independent judgment and discretion by supporting overall data quality and integrity for RUSM.
  • This position is responsible for assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and updating of the CRM and SIS system functions while managing special projects and improvement initiatives under the directive of the Director of Enrollment Management.
  • The Enrollment Management System Administrator will participate in and lead data cleanup projects as needed to ensure data integrity.
  • This person will also act as the CRM administrator and participate in day-to-day administrative operations of Salesforce.com.
  • Works closely with the Director of Enrollment Management to ensure student data and system integrity; runs imports/exports, population selections and batch processes in support of maintaining data integrity and analysis
  • Identifies, troubleshoots and resolves issues that arise within the CRM.
  • Assists in the development of the policy and procedures manual for the Office of Enrollment Management as it relates to the student data systems; provides training for the Office of Enrollment Management.
  • Maintains and updates reports on admissions activity.
  • Uphold data integrity by leading data cleanup projects for the Office of Enrollment Management.
  • Assists with testing of new/updated COSMOS/COGNOS reporting.
  • Focuses on streamlining data processes to improve data entry turnaround time and insure data accuracy.
  • Assists in upgrading system software, testing and documentation.
  • Participates as an Enrollment Management team member while working diligently and willingly towards the Enrollment Management goals and objectives.
  • Completes other projects and duties as assigned
  • Strong verbal, organizational, written, technological, and professional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with independent judgment and discretion as a systems administrator.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues involving data integrity.
  • Must be a quick learner with the ability to work at a pace that accommodates peaks and workloads.
  • Shows eagerness to assume new responsibilities.

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years administrative / technical / customer service / information technology experience in a professional work environment required.
  • Previous Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, student information and recruitment systems
  • Superior verbal, organizational, written and professional communication skills.
