Short Description:

TheIVR QA Lead will lead the System Integration test for a complex IVR &contact center and coordinate all other test efforts to ensure complete testing of all technical andbusiness functions.

 

Complete Description:

Yearsof Experience: 3 or more years of experience as testing consultant withemphasis on IVR, telecommunications and contact center testing. 

 CandidateMUST possess:

 

-             IVR testing experience utilizing Genesys SIP server, NICE and CISCOenvironments

-             Experience leading and coordinating large, complex IVR installations

-             Excellent written and communication skills – experience reporting results outto clients

-             Self-starting capabilities and demonstrated experience driving projects tocompletion

 

Job Description:

TheIVR QA Lead will align with the process & frameworks and leverage templates& tools to  perform all aspects of the Software Testing Life Cycle,including analyzing requirements, creating test cases, conditions and scripts,creating and managing test data, test execution and managing defect managementprocesses. The IVR QA Lead  is responsible for ensuring on time and onbudget completion of all scheduled tasks and that all test artifacts for theproject meet strenuous standards.  Daily tasks for the IVR QA Lead may include:
