Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify gaps/improvements between Baan Finance, Logistics & existing Business Processes, and map them in Baan.
  
• Work with Accounting Groups to understand Corporate Finance & reporting needs, at all levels.
  
• Demo Custom/Standard functionality to Process owners for acceptance & deployment, for improving efficiencies.
  
• Design/Help in mapping and creating above Functional specification documents, Cost Structures & process improvements methods.
  
• Ensure financial system quality and continuity through problem identification, reporting, tracking, analysis and resolution; research, analyze, and recommend patches, tools, and upgrades to resolve issues and add features/functionality.
  
• Set up and maintain Integration mapping schemes.
  
• Act as liaison between Accounting Business Process owners & Technical Team.
  
• Conducting Baan Finance trainings & Costing knowledge transfer sessions
  
• Analyze, Prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day Baan Finance issues. Provide hands on user training as needed.
  
• Create user documentation and training manuals.
  
• Support during Financial Month, Quarter and Year-end Close process.
  
• Testing of customizations and corrections.
  
• Work in close relation with Controllers, Business Applications Manager & the Business System Analysts to provide solutions and support.
  
• Help design detailed interfaces / integrations with satellite applications to Infor ERP LN & Baan V, like BBVA, Blackline, Financial Consolidation Packages, LaserFiche, ACH etc. Troubleshoot where necessary.
  
• Extracting data for one-time application from adhoc requests to support Audits & data process validations/verifications.
  
• Responding to Help desk requests on a timely manner.
  

Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Costing comparable experience and education qualification. Advanced education desirable.
  
• Minimum of 8+ years experience in the Implementations, Integrations, Business analysis & User Support.
  
• Experience in the design, implementation and support of Infor ERP LN solution is required.
  
• Experience with Financial Systems required (core software applications such as GL, AR and AP).
• Knowledge of more than one functional area is considered an asset
  
• Participated in at least 3 full scale Baan V/LN implementations, with Multi Sites.
  
• Experience in understanding Corporate defined KPIs and help design Business Intelligence dashboards is a plus.
  
• U.S. Citizen or green card required.
