• Quality Assurance Division Manager in Deer field, WI is a manufacturer of metal components for automotive, heavy equipment, and agricultural implement industries.
• We are looking for is looking for a driven, proactive individual to fill our Division Quality Assurance Manager position and take our quality team and company to the next level.

• To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required
• The ideal candidate will have a degree in a Quality Engineering - related field and / or equivalent experience, must have 5 years of proven
• Quality Assurance practices, systems, and supervisory experience and should have a working knowledge of CQE and TS/ISO systems.
• Individual must be able to provide examples of data w/ regard to quality performance improvements experience and use of a root cause analysis system in a manufacturing setting.
• Development and implementation of QA systems is a plus.

• Duties include supervising and developing QA staff, driving quality system and overall division quality performance improvement,
• Supporting customers product quality issues, monitoring a departmental budget, and development and maintenance of QA systems to identify and report quality issues,
• Developing and moving the quality team to the next level, trouble shoot processes, implement quality improvement systems and reduce plant-wide quality costs.
