Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support monthly close process for accessory channel and related SG&A departments
  
• Responsible for daily transaction level review and analysis
  
• Identify trends and drivers in data
  
• Investigate and propose corrective entries to adhere to required accounting guidelines
  
• Understand cross functional business processes
  
• Track and report program exceptions
  
• Compile and present all analysis to senior management and customers
  
• Respond to ad hoc requests from senior management as necessary
  

Requirements/Skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years related experience; position can be adjusted based on level of experience
  
• Experience working in a fast-paced, competitive team environment
  
• Demonstrated high-energy, tenacity and dedication to excellence
  
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or bachelor\'s degree with accounting/financial emphasis
  
• Understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal controls
  
• Highly developed organizational skills and ability to work in an independent, fast-paced environment
  
• Effective communication skills
  
• Ability to succeed in a team environment
  
• Technologically savvy, with experience using applications in the Microsoft Office suite and manipulation of big data.
• Experience with TM1, Hyperion, and JDE software a plus
