Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Facilitate and ensure the integrity of the Target Agreement Process (TAP) & Long Range Planning (FAB) database through engaging different functions
  
• Deliver analyzed results of TAP & LRP data including business scenario analysis, new customer opportunities, future product target opportunities, or provide pertinent outputs to various functional groups for business planning (such as global supply management systems)
  
• Sustain and continuously improve Global Sales System Tools, including Global Market Price Data file, Morse internal Request for Quotation (RFQ) system, Contract Review and Acceptance system, Prototype approval system, Online MAP tracking
  
• Sustain and continuously improve Business Development information base and tools
  
• Publish Monthly Commercial Status Report
  
• Analyze Global Product Pricing Trend and competitive indication
  
• Analyze Win-Loss trends, globally and regionally, and related product application trend

Education And Experience

• Position requires a degree in Business, Marketing, Science/Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant automotive experience
  
• Natural ability to engage and communicate effectively with different regions and functions
  
• Good analytical capability, strong skills in data organizing and analyzing
  
• Experience and ability to derive the underlying insights from the complex â??big dataâ?. Ability to use efficient and intuitive visual methods to communicate the findings.
  
• Ability to prioritize work and execute many complex projects and tasks in parallel
  
• Expert level experience with MS office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote. Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint a plus
  
• Education or career interest in Finance/Sales/Marketing a plus
