Job Description

Essential Duties:

Lead the coordination of monthly financial reviews with detailed and insightful variance analysis
Lead the delivery of monthly and quarterly cash forecasts
Responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close obligations for assigned functional areas
Assist with annual budget along with monthly & quarterly forecast deliverables
Research and resolve inquiries for assigned functional areas
Prepare ad hoc analyses and assist with special projects as they arise
Assist in the design and implementation of new financial processes

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's Degree required, Finance or Accounting preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst is required
Experience with forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting is a must
Strong working knowledge of Accounting is required
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity and applicable experience with various financial reporting software systems (Anaplan) is a plus
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
