Role:Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• The functions are expected to be performed with minimal supervision/direction.
• Develop and maintain profitability and stratification models monthly for individual customers and IMS high-level review
  
• Research, collect and analyze marketing data on customers, competitor, and industry segments including special customer and special project pricing
  
• Develop and maintain IMS web site item pricing
  
• Create and maintain customer program pricing maintenance including key account pricing and contractor pricing.
  
• Create and maintain customer program pricing application.
  
• Provide customer and marketing data support for IMS internal users
  
• Collaborate with IMS internal users to identify individual and organizational needs, creating effective customized reporting as needed.
  
• Provide front-end and post go-live new systems implementation
  
• Update and maintain current marketing and customer accounts, models and reports.
  
• Create, analyze and clearly present detailed profitability calculations
  
• Become a knowledgeable data provider and resource to all IMS users
  
• Assist in the budgeting process

Requirements:

• Equivalent to a Bachelors Degree or 5-7 years of related experience that demonstrate growth and development.
  
• Highly skilled with computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills
  
• Strong understanding of metals industry.
  
• Previous experience in web support and systems implementation
