Job Description

• Exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Developer with one of our Dallas clients.
  
• You will be actively involved in all stages of the Salesforce development projects (i.e. definition, development, deployment).
  
• You'll code and debug complex software, investigate and troubleshoot critical problem areas and execute corrective action. Play a lead role in investigating/evaluating new CRM technologies/add-on s to meet current and future needs & analyze current technology with respect to product strategies.
  
• You'll leverage experience with Java/.Net development, Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Databases to build integration points between Salesforce and back-end systems.
  
• Train other development resources on Salesforce development practices as needed.
  
• Work closely with QA to review test plans and test cases.
  
• Position requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive software development experience with 3+ years programming using Force.com
  
• Apex, Visual Force, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, Ant and the use of these tools with Salesforce.com.
  
• Must be strong with configuration, customization, programming with Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards.
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations is required.
  
• Experience with at least full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 500+ user licenses is essential.
• SOQL and intermediate knowledge of Oracle database would be helpful.
  
• Development experience with Restful web services and SOA strongly desired.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design and architectural patterns needed.
  
• You must be a creative problem solver with a strong work ethic and an ability to work with minimal direct guidance.
  
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are a must.
