QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified candidate will have 3 - 5 years experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience is desired in agile development, eliciting business requirements and translating into user stories for the development team.
- Ideal candidate will have mobile application experience.
- They need to be a true BA, not on the support side of things (not sys admin, troubleshooting, etc.).
- Writing quality user stories
- Proactively identifying gaps/blockers
- Collaboration across enterprise teams that are both on shore & off shore
