Job Description:
Responsibilities
- 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role - preferably in a relevant industry (ie dealer/brokerage and/or financial);
- Post secondary certification in Business Analysis strongly preferred; (a combination of experience and education may also be considered);
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint ,Visio, Project;
- Excellent understanding of project management practices and project life cycles;
- Proven effectiveness implementing complex projects involving various departments, clients and vendors;
- Ability to garner respect and influence others, regardless of reporting relationship;
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and play a leadership role within a team environment;
- Strong customer focus and demonstrated ability to exceed client expectations;
- Excellent ability to effectively prioritize multiple deadlines and responsibilities;
- Exceptional documentation, communication and presentation skills; and
- Experience implementing technology solutions is an asset.
