Job Description

• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering with multiple stakeholders and conduct BRD walk throughs.
  
• Form a partnership with the business and IT teams to understand their business in order to enable the capture of clear, concise and correct requirements
  
• Create business specifications and liaise with internal and external development teams
  
• Document existing business processes and/or creating new business processes to meet specific requirements.
  
• Make recommendations and improvements to enhance business operations processes
  
• Working with BAs in other areas of the business, establish best in class practices, standards, tools and procedures.
  

Project Manager for Internal/External POS/CRM/Reporting :

• Act as a project manager on large technical projects or packaged software upgrades.
  
• Identify issues, log tickets, and ensure timely resolution and implementation
  
• Track, organize, and regularly report on current status of issues
  

Develop Test Plans and Perform UAT Testing :

• Evaluate, plan, design and develop test plans for packaged or custom developed software.
  
• Create and execute test scripts, cases and scenarios that will determine optimal system performance according to specifications.
  
• Provide guidance to junior members of the team in executing test plans and ensuring that all bugs or change requests get logged into Bugzilla or JIRA and are communicated to the development team.
