• Prefer candidates with prior experience in the For -Profit Post secondary School Sector ( Cosmetology school /Wellness a +)
  
• Local Candidate Preferred.
  
• Recent experience as a right hand to the CEO or Owner is ideal
  
• Experience optimizing cash flow and managing EBITDA
  
• Very strong accreditation experience-ideally with COE .
  
• Extensive hands on compliance -dealings with Site Visits, Audits, etc.
  
• Hands on operator who can build processes and work with rank and file staff in a humble, consultative fashion
  
• Solid IT/ systems background. Comfortable with introducing innovative processes and technology.
  
• Long tenure at each role. Not the typical 1 to 2-year series of ongoing stints.
  
• Preferably a graduate of a prestigious bricks and mortar school, not from an online school.
  
• Charismatic leader with solid background in Admissions Training, and Career Services/Placement.
  
• Terrific training abilities and a passion to be the very best.
  
• Outstanding knowledge of Financial Aid Practices and Procedures , not simply a rudimentary knowledge.
  
• Superior Compliance orientation and knowledge of Gainful Employment rules and regulations.
  
• Highest level of ethics and integrity.
  
• Must be background checked and free of any infractions.
  
• Excellent grasp of Social Media.
  
• Experience working with Velocify and Diamond Systems as well as Guest Vision is a plus.
