Responsibilities:
• Determine needs and requirements for implementing new business processes withpotential new technical solutions;
• Elicit, document, and re-engineer Business Processes based upon the needs ofthe customer;
• Participate in planning for current system enhancements and future systemdevelopment throughout the product life-cycle;
• Develop and manage tools to provide metrics on project and portfolioprogress;
• Work with the delivery teams and liaising with clients to ensure projectsuccess;
• Collaborate with other team members, across pillars in order to provideoversight of all district projects / client activity and district projectprioritization;
• Assist the client in developing and presenting a technology road-map to upperlevel management.
• Business analysis experience (10+ years);
• Enterprise-level project management experience (10+ years);
• Experience in customer service positions (10+ years);
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) – preferred;
• Experience in K-12 environment, cycles and practices; and understandingand/or experience in public education concepts (must have for perfectcandidate)
• Bachelor's degree.
