Key Technical Skills: LIMS (Labware / Labvantagespecialist) – Mandatory
Experience Level: 8-10 years
- Senior Business Analyst
- Labware / labvantage hands on experience is must.
- LIMS Specialist (Labware and/or Labvantage and/or EPIC beaker)
- Experience working with hospital users Physicians, Nurses and Pathology
- Solid Business Analysis capabilities (specially requirementelicitation)
- Analytical, consulting and communication skills.
- Abilit to Lead customer-facing roles on professionalservices engagements.
- Team leadership: directing, motivating, coaching,mentoring and interviewing.
- Agile development methodology such as SCRUM or Kanban
