Job Description :

Seeking a Genesys Engineer to support the contact center at an Enterprise level. Resource will be primarily responsible for upgrading Genesys Components

Responsibilities Include:

·          Attend project meetings

·          Document solutions being implemented

·          Install and configure applications

·          Configure translation routes

·          Support routing configurations

·          Testing support

 

Experience with:

·          Genesys 8.1 and/or 8.5

·          GVT products

·          GAX (Genesys Admin Extension)

·          Genesys Advisors

·          Server experience
