Job Description:

  • HRIS role working with the HRIS team to ensure the integrity and maintenance of employee data within all HR systems.
  • Assist with system planning, controls, testing and implementation of HR solutions as well as advise HR users on systems, programs and interpretation of policies.
  • Investigate issues and facilitate resolutions.
  • Incumbent works under direct supervision and performs routine daily data entry activities for HRIS Supervisor and HRIS Manager.
  • Duties And ResponsibilitiesUse project management skills in managing corporate wide projects.
  • Lead the development of project, communication, testing and change management plans for given HR initiative.
  • Must be detail oriented, analytical, and quality conscious.
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to function as HRIS subject matter expert to develop and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance.
  • Must have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team that is fast-paced, ever-changing high priority environment.
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.
  • Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques.
  • Oversees the analysis of compensation programs and policies, such as pay structures, merit guidelines, bonus targets, etc.
  • Researches market and industry trends, conducts cost analysis and recommends compensation strategies and programs based on findings.
  • Manages vendors and surveys used for compensation program analysis, job evaluations and job descriptions.
  • Seeks opportunities to utilize tools/methodologies to improve productivity.
  • Oversees the compensation processes related to annual performance reviews and merit programs.
  • Partners with others in HR and key business leadership to understand business strategy, needs and challenges and advices or develops solutions.
  • Continually reviews and improves compensation programs to ensure designed to attract, retain, and engage associates.
  • Maintains current knowledge of government regulations, laws and governance best practices and works closely with external and internal resources to ensure compliance.
