â?¢ Must have worked on multiple OIM connectors (minimum AD, exchange, DBAT).

â?¢ Strong skills with Java/j2ee, JSF and RESTful Web Services

â?¢ Strong Software Development Background.

â?¢ Good understanding of SAAS connectors and custom connector dev. 
â?¢ Familiar with SOA workflows. 
â?¢ Knowledge of SAML, LDAP, SSL, LoadBalancers. 
â?¢ Working on LLD, HLD.
â?¢ Good hands-on experience with federation integrations.
â?¢ Knowledge of Java/REST API implementation. 
â?¢ Strong Software Development Background.
â?¢ Strong Problem Resolution Capability & Delivery Focus.
