Role:Data & Business Analyst Location:New York City, NY Description: This role is a key member of the Residential Listing Service. The group supports technical solutions for the brokerage community, from providing listing data quality services, to facilitating listing distribution for a variety of B2C and B2B products. This role will be involved in conducting data quality measures, supporting the development of new products and resolving ongoing member inquiries. Responsibilities: Maintain data, data quality, and manage data inputs and outputs Conduct root cause analysis of process bottlenecks and gaps, and propose solutions Perform data analysis to identify issues and anomalies. Develop solutions Provide support for member and partner inquiries and data issues Create procedure documentation about data architecture, on boarding process, and maintenance Work closely with partner organizations and member firms to manage project deliverables Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree required Tech savvy, comfortable learning new applications quickly 5 years of current, professional experience (NOT Internships or Co-Ops) Experience with enterprise systems (CRM, CMS, ERP, Email Campaign System) 3-5 years of conducting data analysis (using SQL) to query data, understand data models and flows, aggregate results Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, and manage customer inquiries effectively and quickly Impeccable business acumen, strong problem-solver, ability to create procedures to proactively prevent issues and/or implement long-term solutions Ability to develop clear and concise documentation Knowledge of scripting or web languages a plus Desired Experience: Experience with issue tracking system (Zendesk, Jira, TeamSupport, etc). Experience with RETS.
