SAP CRM Program Manager.

The candidate will be expectedto have experience in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of aTechnical SAP CRM Upgrade to ensure that goals or objectives of the projectsare accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters byperforming the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

•            Preparesand reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations,procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment ofavailable resources to various phases of project.

•            Establisheswork plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitmentor assignment of project personnel. This will include interviewing personnel.

•            Conferswith customer and project staff to outline workplan and to assign duties,responsibilities, and scope of authority.

•            Directsand coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses onschedule and within prescribed budget.

•            Reviewsstatus reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans asrequired.

•            Preparesproject reports for management, client, or others.

•            Conferswith project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

•            Coordinatesproject activities with activities of government regulatory or othergovernmental agencies.

To complete these duties theProject Manager will need to have:

•            Extensiveknowledge of SAP CRM and experience with various associated modules.

•            Experiencemanaging infrastructure upgrades in support of an SAP upgrade

•            Experiencemanaging the update of complex integrations to other applications

•            TheProject Manager will be required to work with limited oversight and control andbe willing to make business decisions and recommendations.
