The Sr. .Net C# Software Developer as a team lead shall have extensive experience in software design, development and testing, integrations, program installations, and system implementations. The team lead shall have extensive experience to analyze functional requirements in software development, design a quality proposal then develop these customized solutions to government’s clients. The team lead will establish system boundary and formats; ensure government specific hardware/software compatibility; and coordinate and/or modify user requirements in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and configuration capabilities. The team lead will develop general IT related and detailed software documentation describing system specifications and operating instructions; and revise existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective development processes, data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage. The team lead should be able to work productively as a developer with intensive coding activity on a project and be able to integrate with project teams.  The team lead will lead a development of a legacy ColdFusion HR accounting & financial application converting into C#, ASP.NET application with experience working with systems analyst to provide technical perspective on gathering requirements/business process information.  The team lead will lead efforts that all customized applications developed by the developer team to ensure that it is  being accessible to individuals with disabilities by the requirements of Section 508 standard based on a federal law and secure coding practice to enforce security measure to the government system without any vulnerability. 

The team lead is responsible for MS SQL 2012 database design in both transactional and decision support environments, as well as development of stored procedures and database scripts in support of software development projects. The team lead also is responsible for troubleshooting performance issues on existing code, and conducting performance analysis on new code. The team lead required to focus on the delivery of a wide range of technology solutions including but not limited to software development, system migrations, secured virtual data storage environment, and various other technology projects for the team as a role of project management.

The team lead will possess excellent written and spoken communications skills, and will be able to perform technical documentation, user documentation, and customer presentations as required. The team lead will maintain positive and productive relationships with all project team members and customers.
