Job Posting Title:   Field Service Analyst I

Description:   This role is responsible forenterprise Client hardware and software support. Provide timely status updatesto clients and Field Services Site Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Replacementand Installation of new computer hardware. Answer calls, log and track customerrequests using a problem-tracking tool. As appropriate, escalate problems to1st and 2nd level support teams. Document detailed steps completed duringproblem resolution for future problem reproduction and resolution. Fosterexcellent relationships and communications with client users and IT peergroups. Research problems and document solutions consistently and correctly inwriting and do so with good grammar, spelling, and overall good writtencommunication skills. Provide intermediate level support for the Microsoftsuite of products (MS Office 2010 and MS Office 365) and desktop applications(Microsoft Outlook, SAP, Visio, Citrix, etc.). Knowledge and experience withWindows 7 and Windows 10. Reset Passwords. KEY COMPENTENCIES: Knowledge andexperience in Customer Service. Strong interpersonal communication skills, bothwritten and spoken. Must be an excellent team player who shares knowledge andinformation with customers and team members. Ability to lift up to 50 poundsfor moving PC equipment. Ability to multi-task efficiently. Ability to read andcomprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to writecorrespondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one andsmall group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of theorganization. Ability to interact effectively with all people. Strongcommunication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to apply common senseunderstanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagramform. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables instandardized situations. QALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1-4 years of experienceinstalling and configuring hardware and Microsoft suite of products.
