Role:IT Software Developer Location:San Antonio, TX Purpose and Key Accountabilities: Develop, test and support internal custom Windows-based applications. Work with the business community to analyze complex business challenges that can be solved with automated systems. Key responsibilities include: Develop applications based on business requirements. Manage test process including stress, performance and functional testing. Develop and maintain key test deliverables such as Test Plans and End of Test Reports. Facilitate testing, solution acceptance and roll out to production. Future support, development and maintenance of applications based on requirements Qualifications & Experience : Degree in computer science or equivalent experience. 5 yearsâ?? experience in application development / testing Strong knowledge of application development life cycles, strong project design and management skills. Ability to work on own initiative, or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Excellent working knowledge of object-oriented programming techniques and business standard programming languages: C#, VB.NET, SQL, TSQL, MS-SQL. Excellent working knowledge of Visual Studio 2015 development platform and smart-client application architecture. Excellent working knowledge of common database systems, Oracle RDBMS, SQL Server. Strong understanding of client configuration and troubleshooting.
