Description:

Experiencedwith all phases of project life-cycle - initiation, planning, execution,monitor/control and close. Experience with formal project managementmethodology (waterfall and agile); project integration, scope, time, cost,quality, resource management, communications, risk management and awareness oforganizational change management. Experience managing a variety of IT projectsand working in a PMO environment using MS Project and Project Server. SharePointupgrade (2016), Microsoft Azure and infrastructure project experience is highlypreferred.

Deliverables:

·        Create and maintain project documentation suchas charter, change forms, status reports, meeting minutes, presentations, andother communication items using PMO documentation standards

·        Coordinate and guide project team and directproblem analysis and resolution.

·        Assist both team and purchasing division throughcontract negotiation and county board approval to meet project needs.

·        Manage integration of vendor tasks; track andreview vendor deliverable s.
