-Overall experience of 9 years
-Hands on development experience with Salesforce platform.
-Minimum 5+ Yrs hands on experience on Salesforce
-Admin experience good to have but would not be counted towards Developmentexperience.
-Working experience in Agile environment involving daily status meeting, POC anddemos
-Ability to present individually in customer offices without any mentoring
-Ability to lead team of developers to deliver on committed user stories.
-Working experience with Triggers, Test classes, Apex, Annotations, workflows,security
-Strong understanding of standard objects, customization, Integration using RESTand SOAP
-Developer certification must have
