We currently have an exciting opportunity for Ecommerce Inside Sales & Support for a new start up division. The new division focuses primarily on the hospitality, assisted living and education markets.
Role and Responsibilities
Generate parts & supplies sales to accounts and customers through inbound and outbound sales calls. This customer service role is a primary point of contact for all new division customers
Establish new customer accounts in Magento, increase sales volume with existing accounts, and introduce new products and programs.
Serve as Magento administrator-setup new users and be subject matter expert
Provide customer service & sales support to external customers via phone, online chat or e-mail
Enter/release orders daily into the ERP system; ensure order accuracy
Provide price quotes to customers
Establish and maintain good relationships by providing prompt and courteous service for all customers.
Support product expansion through plan & spec take-offs, product selections, and pricing to customers
Qualifications
HVAC knowledge a plus
Strong communication/interpersonal skills- specifically in web based or call center environment
Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain professional attitude during stressful situations
Adapts to changes in programs, policies and procedures quickly. Ideal candidate will like challenging environments.
Good computer skills and common software literacy
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Solid critical thinking and follow up skills
Works well with others in dynamic fast paced environment
Proactive and can do attitude towards problem solving and challenges
Highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal direction required from management
Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required
