Job description Client is a global leader in cash handling equipment, including bill counters, coin counters, and counterfeit detectors. We are looking for a results-oriented professional ready to join our team to support our efforts to acquiring a larger national and global market share. You will be working with our local team, overseas product development staff, suppliers as well as outsourced specialists. Product manager is critical to supporting the company\'s 10 year double digit growth and requires focus, dedication, attention to detail and creativity. Key responsibilities Product development: - Manage prototyping, development and launch of new products including all functionality, design, packaging and labeling - Perform market studies to identify opportunities for new products - Find and source new products, create and maintain relationships with manufacturing facilities, negotiate pricing - Install processes to improve compliance of manufacturing partners with company product packaging, labeling, design and functionality requirements - Maintain and improve functionality and design of existing products Skills & Abilities - Ability to manage multiple cross-team projects within budget - Self-motivated with strong planning and time-management skills - Creatively resourceful with a keen artistic vision - Detail oriented with very strong follow-up and follow through skills - Must have a positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and highly motivated to succeed
