Role:Solution Architect - Salesforce Location:Plano, TX Solution Architect This role is the ultimate owner of the overall solution for the project and is responsible for successful proposal preparation and estimation for the project. You play a key role in pre-sales working with the delivery team, and Business development team to understand the customer business requirements, architect solution, clearly define the scope, estimate the project proposal and help answer any business and technical questions the customer may have. Salesforce Solution Architect also plays a part time role with the implementation of the project. You will play the bridge between sales and delivery. Participate in kick off the project with the delivery team, help finalize the detailed requirements and design. Identify any scope creep between the pre-sales cycle and during actual implementation. This role will be responsible to identifying technical and Scope risks early in the project and find ways to work around them during the implementation. This job role requires relevant hands on experience with Salesforce.com and associated cloud technologies. The Job also requires relevant hands on skill with project estimation, scoping and project planning exercise. Responsibilities: Owner for the overall solution for the project Participated during pre-sales to understand customer business use cases, architects the solution, scopes the project, estimates the project and helps with proposal preparation. Works directly with clients to kick off projects, Works with other technical team members representing back office application to design seamless integration between all the involved applications. Hands on experience building custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Jquery. and canvas Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members. Additional preferred qualifications are: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent with 12 plus years of overall experience or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent with 10 plus years of overall experience 3 plus years of relevant technical experience in Salesforce.com and related technology 2 Plus years experience managing project teams 1 plus years estimating project proposals and Located in US and able to work from our office and able to travel up-to 50% & as needed Salesforce.com certified advanced developer (Dev 401) Has the following certifications Sales cloud, Service cloud.
