UX Designer

Leading UX conversations in a cross-capability agile team
Collaborating with customers, business leaders, employees around the world, and external networks to facilitate the discovery of new opportunities and exploration of customer needs.
Taking a lead role in design and collaborating with front end development.
Developing a complete understanding of customer needs and wants, identifying product and business model opportunities, and keeping customers at the forefront of every decision
Researching, designing, testing, developing, and prototyping to ensure a quality product and a beautiful user friendly interface
Storytelling in different mediums/formats using your refined visual design skills
Demonstrating the principles and value of innovation through participation in programs targeted at internal staff and external participants
Responsibilities Include
Sketch and design forward thinking digital experiences
Inform motion design of interactive experiences
Storyboard complex interactions
Communicate and articulate design rationales
Collaborate with a team of great people to deliver great products
Adapting to an ever-changing environment and learning new skills to succeed
Candidates must be well versed in user-centered design methods and techniques. Design thinkers welcome!
Must have been in a client-facing role and have project experience in working with teams on large scale, long-term projects
Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a time sensitive environment.
Excellent visual design skills including experience using Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure and/ or similar.
Nice to have proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, adhering to standards and best practices
