Job Description:
Analyze company and client data (focus on RX and utilization claims, other health specific data, qualitative and digital engagement data)
Prepare detailed reports and summaries for the purposes of business intelligence, product development and ongoing client reporting
Build client-facing portals and dashboards using a variety of data visualization tools
Maintain and augment the capabilities of our analytics system including: algorithm development, managing external integrations, researching/trialing new resources and tools, managing internal databases, creating automation processes
Attend client meetings and sales calls to discuss data sources and quantitative outcomes of interventions.
Keep abreast of data science trends (i.e. Machine Learning) within healthcare and digital health and work with management team to set and execute on a data science strategy.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of relevant data science and health domain experience.
Bachelors degree in a related field (computer science, math and statistics, health informatics). Masters degree in a relevant field would be an asset.
A background in healthcare data analytics using data from wearables, ambient mobile/activity, user generated and insurance/pharmacy claims is an asset.
Proficiency in open-source data analytics platforms (R, Python), commercial data visualization tools (eg. Tableau) and querying relational databases (MySQL and SQL Server specifically)
Experience with managing Ubuntu Linux servers would be an asset
