Job description POSITION SUMMARY: East Bay, CA The Sr. Manager ecommerce will be required to roll up his/ her sleeves and deliver strategy through execution. This is a unique â??general management roleâ? that includes managing the site experience, on site merchandising, executing email campaigns, social media, and driving the Amazon business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing the business Assist with E-commerce strategic planning Manage the client P&L Pricing Product assortment Inventory management Monthly sales forecasts Monitor competitor activity Monitor effectiveness of various tactics by tracking program performance Partner with sister Insignia companies to grow Amazon business Manage AMZ broker Ensure all skus have A+ content with pictures and product descriptions Evaluate performance of the Insignia portfolio Run ROI positive promotions Maintain client site experience and execute email campaigns Schedule and execute email campaigns Build email subscriber base Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure product is in stock Social media strategy and execution Grow client social media footprint Act as community manager Asset Generation and Management Maintain online asset library Content Creation BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: Entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude, takes the initiative to do more than is asked.
