BI Manager Location:Atlanta, GA Responsibilities: This role leads a team of BI Developers in the development and management of both customer facing BI products and internal BI platform, including everything from ETL development to dashboard design and development. The successful candidate will also require expertise and experience in project management, business analysis, development, system maintenance and support, with the ability to be hands on in development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience in the field of BI At least 7 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server Platform (T-SQL) BI Tools (Micro strategy preferred) Data Warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake Schema, Fact and Dimensional tables, etc) At least 3 years of experience managing a BI team Required Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge and experience in the development of Business Intelligence and reporting solutions Ability to manage and prioritize both tactical and strategic work with numerous stakeholders in a fast paced environment. Team oriented and very collaborative Expertise in communicating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills are a must Experience with Dimensional Modeling, ETL Development, and creating complex dashboards Ability to work in an Agile Development environment and to adapt and respond quickly to changing situations Proven problem solver Desire for constant improvement Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
