Job Description:

Business Analyst Location:Cockeysville, MD Duration:12m

Establish, build, and strengthen internal relationships with development and support teams, and leverage those relationships to resolve payer development team issues Work with BAs and Application SMEs to document the requirements, and make them ready for developers to pick it up Establish, build, and strengthen relationships with internal business users to understand needs, requirements, demands, and issues.

Effectively communicate with client on issue resolution activities and alternatives Triage client issues from implementation, support, development, and other avenues, on a project basis Work collaboratively, with Payer Applications Lead Developer and Development Manager, to identify the issue, conduct research, and develop plan for resolution Uses product knowledge, technical expertise, and business knowledge in healthcare processes like enrollment, card and claims processing Education &

Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred At least 5 years of prior business analysis, implementation, or client/payer-side (experience with HSA, FSA card processing) experience, and in management software and technology

Understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting Solid background using Excel and SQL Special Skills & Knowledge: At least 4 -5 years?? experience in Healthcare industry, and should have worked on HSA, FSA, Claims, and Enrollment processes
