POSITION SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will be experienced with multi-tier application, design patterns and development of server-side web application software for functionality across multiple browser platforms. Must have extremely strong technical skills, high degree of proficiency with Microsoft .Net technologies, experience with agile methodologies, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Primary responsibilities include the development and design of web applications based on .NET Technology.
• Develop applications from design specifications and develop new functionality in our existing software products.
• Focus on the middle-tier and backend portion of applications where you will be responsible for writing C# Business Logic, Web Services Development, XML data manipulation, and heavy Oracle database work.
• Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule.
EDUCATION:
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Software/Information technology/Information Science related discipline is required.
2. Must have at least 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology industry.
3. Healthcare/Pharmaceutical related industry experience is a plus.
JOB SKILLS:
• Full stack Developer with 5+ years of solid experience with the .NET platform, C# and Enterprise application development.
• 5+ Years of solid experience in C#, .NET Framework 4.5, Web API programming and Angular JS2.
• 5+ years of experience in RESTful Web application development.
• Working knowledge of MVC,WCF, Web API and web development security
• Strong working knowledge of SOAP, XML and JSON.
• Deep knowledge and extensive work experience with AngularJS practices and commonly used modules
• Design and development of business or technical applications using Microsoft Technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework/Oracle and SQL)
• Experience with Database design and development using Oracle (PL/SQL)
• Passion for building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices.
• Strong background in Object-Oriented Programming and Design, software implementation best practices, and applying design patterns.
• Exceptionally good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Design Patterns, Database Design and Optimization, Stored procedure and web services.
• Exposure to Test Driven development and use of Agile/Scrum
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Knowledge on transforming a legacy monolithic application to a microservice based application
• Experience with NoSQL databases(MongoDB)
• Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry
• Net Core 2.0, ASP.NET Core, Web API and Aurelia JavaScript framework.
