Aminimum of two (2) years of experience in managing test plans, test cases, testscenarios, requirements traceability, defect tracking and defect resolution andprocedures in compliance with IEEE standards.

    Aminimum of two (2) years of experience in managing projects; utilizing industrybest practice project management methodologies based on the Project ManagementInstitute’s (PMI’s) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

   Effectiveplanning and management skills

   TrainingNeeds Analysis and Training Evaluation skills;

 A minimum of one (1) yearexperience on a project where iterative testing was performed, with multipleproduction deployments;

 Experience with tracking andreporting quality-related metrics.

 A solid understanding of projectlifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development,testing and implementation;

 Demonstrated ability to communicateand translate technical terminology, concepts and issues in termsunderstandable to technical and non-technical management and resource staff;

 The ability and be willing to beon-call and work overtime if/when required;

 The ability to communicate clearlyboth written and verbally in English;

 The ability to use the internet,vendors, libraries and other available sources to research issues or needs;

 The ability to resolve problems andimplement solutions;

    Avalid driver’s license;

Theability to work in stressful conditions with mandatory deadlines; and

Completed State required securitytraining which must be completed before system access will be granted.
