Summary:
- Primary responsibilities are to strategically architect and innovate our Data and Analytics platform, as well as advance and promote the effective use of data across the organization, including but not limited the Business Intelligence platform to support the company's business strategy.
- As a member of a small team, it is essential that this person is able to build strong business relationships, promote and execute world-class project management, leverage deep data warehouse architecture expertise, and exert solid leadership and teamwork skills; all coupled with the ability to think strategically yet execute in a hands-on manner.
- This individual must be self-motivated and have prior similar experience in building a best practices data warehouse and implementing a functional and effective Business Intelligence foundation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferably in Computer Science or a related fieldMinimum 8-10 years of data architecture with SQL ServerMinimum 6-10 years of experience in designing conceptual, logical and physical data models, data dictionary and metadata management.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in dimensional data modeling, tabular modeling and business intelligence tools.
- Expert knowledge and experience in designing and implementing data warehouse architectures, BI platforms, and analytics applications.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Database administrationReport designData Warehouse implementation and designDatabase troubleshooting, maintenance, backup, and recovery.
- Work with all departments and Sr. Management to develop relevant reporting and data access methods which enhance patient care, customer service, and business performanceParticipate in the Electronic Medical Records committee.
- Develop database architecture working with IT for new and existing systemsSupport finance databases and software upgradesMaintain database security in accordance with company policy under the direction of the CFO/CDO.
- Budgeting for database needsAttend required meetings and participates in committees as requestedParticipate in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations.
