Job Description:

Experience in providing On call support in largeenterprise applications.

Payment Experience is preferred

Familiarity with Service now, ITIL and support/SLAprocesses to handle various Priority tickets (Incidents, Problem Tickets etc)

Strong understanding and hands-on experience inprominent Java/J2EE specifications like MVC, SOAP Web services, XML, SpringFramework, Maven, GIT, object-oriented analysis etc.

Good Knowledge in writing, analyzing sql queries,procedures in Oracle database

Strong debugging and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills –both verbal and written and ability to work in multi stakeholder environment.

Experience working with at least one of the J2EEdevelopment IDEs – IDEA IntelliJ, Eclipse.

Experience working in an Agile Scrum Development –with knowledge on Atlassian tools like Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket and HipChat.

Use system traces and debugging tools for problemdetermination and system tuning.
