3+ year’ experience on Kronos application development andmodule configuration activities

Assist with report building and special data requests

Installation of Kronos hardware, software, and time clocks for allOlin locations warranted - both domestic and international

Perform system security administration

Fulfill audit requests

Implement system changes as required by users and system updates

Interact with multiple departments, locations and business processowners to evaluate and determine most efficient use of Kronos system and modulesto support business and division objectives

Conduct end-user training

Engage with business process owners to determine necessary Kronosmodule implementations

Coordinate tasks related to implementation of Kronos system andmodules

Establish and communicate standards for Kronos projects to theuser community within Olin

Perform and document project tasks and planning

Recognize system problems and repair hardware and software asappropriate. Engage with MIS Support staff as appropriate

Interface with Kronos Team members/Department Managers/Timekeepersand Corporate Payroll staff to determine workflow and identify requirements

Description

Demonstrated proficiency with Kronos application/user

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

SQL knowledge and Windows Server experience preferred

Must be able to interact effectively and professionally withinternal and external customers, including all levels of management

Able to quickly learn and apply new technologies

Must have solid understanding of business processes, especiallythose related to use of Kronos

Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to prepare variousanalyses and evaluation of Kronos modules and capabilities

Must be able to multi-task daily, manage priorities, be aself-starter, work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality ofinformation

Must be team-oriented
