4+ years of experience as Agile Coach
2+ years ofexperience working on large scale, multiple team projects
AgileCertification(s)
Knowledge andexperience in two or more Agile frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, Lean, ExtremeProgramming etc.,
Knowledge andexperience with various change management models and its application – for ex:Lewin’s Change management model, ADKAR, The McKinsey 7-S Model etc.,
Experience indriving – Test driven development, test automation, continuous delivery /deployment etc.,
