Job Description:
2 years ServiceNow development in an enterprise environment.
Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, JAX-WS)
Experience with Service Now development/ configuration is a must & Javacertified will be a plus
Version standardization of Service Now
Configuration of functionalities according to the best process & practices
Integration with other ITSM tools & 3rd Party tools
Knowledge of ITIL processes Good to Have:
Other ITSM tools knowledge like BMC Remedy , HP SM
Working experience on designing the content management portal
Good Presentation skill
Good verbal\written communication skills
