Job Description:
The project manager will have complete responsibility forthe day-to-day management of the engagement, including all aspects related tomanaging our consulting team, resulting in a successful delivery of OrderManagement Solutions and a satisfied, reference-able client.
Responsibilities
Understandcomplexities of a large program and provide guidance for the development teams.
Interact with product managersand other organizational units such as QA, operations, and external ITpartners.
Negotiatescope, schedule, and funding with external IT and business partners.
Establishcommon goals across multiple teams, and define useful metrics and reporting totrack team performance.
Managemilestones across multiple teams.
Leadteams of engineers through the completion of all phases of the project -Requirements to Design to Implementation
Qualification:
Strongexpertise & Acquired knowledge of software development &architecture for IBM Sterling Order Managment Systems.
Breadthof experience with Sterling Commerce Order Management Solutions andrelative technologies.
10+years of consulting industry experience, with strong relationship management,account management, and sales support experience.
Experience with largeenterprise Order Management projects.
Highly proficient incollaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, andtechnical team members to deliver high quality projects.
Handson with project documentation. Well-versed in industry best-practices andcurrent technologies.
haveprior background in managing large, multi-team engagements.
Experiencewith Global Delivery Model is preferred.
Excellent leadership,interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Widevariety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
