Position Description

CGI is seeking a ProjectCoordinator for our Project Management Office (PMO), to join our team inColumbus, OH. The selected candidate will be responsible for working with alarge multi-site team to implement a $40+ M Information Technology project.

Your future duties andresponsibilities Job duties will consist of performing various ProjectManagement coordination and deliverable management tasks to support projectexecution. You will be assisting a high-energy team in implementing anend-to-end cloud-based, integrated solution for our client in a role with veryhigh potential for career growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Schedule Management: Assistwith maintaining project work plans and coordinating with team leads forupdates on status, plan revisions, resource leveling, and dependencymanagement; monitoring plans for inconsistencies; and status reporting againstplan.

- Deliverable Management: Coordinatedeliverable tracking and processing, including submission and approvaltracking.

- Project Reporting: Assistwith the project management reports covering the status of deliverables,issues, risks, change requests, and budget.

- Provide support to theProject Managers, including the development of materials for presentations tovarious stakeholder groups and documenting project management meetings.

Required qualifications to besuccessful in this role

- 3+ years prior experienceas a project management analyst or project coordinator

- Working knowledge of PMBOK(Project Management Book of Knowledge)

- 3+ years demonstratedexperience with MS Project

- Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Office suite

- Working familiarity with MSOffice Suite, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

- Strong communication skillsand demonstrated ability to work effectively in a large team environment

- Prior experience withMedicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) preferred, but not required

Education:

BS Degree or equivalentexperience

Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification is a plus
