Adapt Functional Test for products listed below to the manufacturing environment at Flex Milpitas factory(comment – the test development will happen in Karlsruhe, Germany)

Partner with HW engineering, Coordinate across HW/SW engineering and factory to drive test requirements into board designs and test SW

Adaption and embedding of the LinDA / pyLAT automation environment to the Flex Milpitas MFG line.

Help define any specific test fixture/jig requirements if required

Engage with both HW engineering/SW engineering during PO/bring up activities in order to get knowledge/ BKM for Functional Test deployment and training at factory

Understand the SW tool needs in order to implement test, e.g. flashing of devices Drive requirements to engineering team on any tools needed for test integration

Define test station setup, golden HW, test HW (cables, power supply, programmers, etc). This should be included into the test plan

needed if it differs from what is used in Germany)

Validate BKC and provide feedback to SW teams to ensure that BKC is factory usable.  

Coordinate across HW/SW engineering and factory to drive test requirements into board designs and test SW to enable successful mfg test development and deployment to factory.

Define and establish process and environment for SW deliverables and handling for:

SW that needs to be flashed to the product for testing purposes within MFG (TSD ENG HW)

SW that needs to be flashed on the product for delivery (TSD ENG SW, SEG)

Media for data exchange, share point, GIT, etc

Provide Functional Test deployment to Flex in Milpitas, CA, instructing and training of manufacturing site, local support for manufacturing site

Work with factory on test station HW requirements, procurement, etc

Deploy functional test to factory including Test Package, Test Station Setup, and Programmers (eg. SPI NOR, FPGA, etc) 

Develop SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for test

Train factory TE/Technicians

On-site support as needed

FA/Debug help for test issues, help with failures

Establish database for test records and failure logs, review test data, feedback failures/required updates to Intel HW/SW Engineering teams

Define and establish process and environment for a test database to

Create records for every unit produced

Create a product lifecycle record

Log test results, serial numbers, etc…

Generate test statistics
