Job Description:
DESCRIPTION
At least 5 years of developmentexperience in C++within Windows/UNIX platforms, but preferably Windows •
Excellent knowledge of objectoriented languages and design patterns.
Working knowledge of SQL and database, with experience and goodunderstanding of database concepts (Oracle, Sybase and/or MS SQL).
Experience with XML parsing, DTD andschema a plus. Business Knowledge
Some understanding of equity derivatives and professional experience in thatarea a big plus
Experience developing globaltechnology systems desired, preferably within a finance company, and preferablywithin capital markets.
Understanding of some functionswithin Front Office, Risk Management, Finance Accounting, and Operations (notacross all but specific areas) a big plus
