Job Description:
· Responsible for overall design, development and team coordination on business systems/applications under deadlines.
· Management of development environment, resources, issues, bugs and escalation to proper channels.
· Manage communication of development team.
· Provide status reports to and meet with Microsoft PM or vendor PM to discuss project status.
· Communicate standards and defend technology and scoping decisions to information technology management and development teams.
Skills Needed:
· Software design engineer skills plus project management and software engineering process expertise
· Primary Technical Skill - Extensive experience on C++/C# Programming with relevant technical expertise on SQL/LINQ/Entity FW. Should have experience of VSTS / VSO and GIT.
· Experience on AD Connect Sync and Active Directory Architecture and O365 (Good to Have)
· Good to have knowledge of working with Industry standard design principals.
· Should have previously worked as Scrum Master role, managing daily standup, Scrum board, retrospective. Experience of working "AGILE + DevOps" process management methodology.
· Ability to manage large, complex development projects including the proactive identification of issues and coordination of resolutions.
· Ability to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems.
· Demonstrated high level of accountability and personal responsibility leading to the success of projects.
· Ability to write, speak, and present information effectively and persuasively across communication settings.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
