Responsibilities:

Createwireframes and prototypes to support development of websites, page templatesand Drupal content types, and web and mobile applications

Conductstakeholder interviews, user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptualmodeling, and usability testing

Plan andimplement acceptance and usability testing sessions with key internalstakeholders and external product users

Create userexperience and information architecture guidelines and documentation

Work closelywith product management, content editors and strategists, and internalstakeholders to gather and develop product requirements

Leadcollaboration between front-end development and product design teams

UI& UX Designer Preferred Skills & Experience:

Strongcreative technologist with experience in at least one of the following frontend technologies: React, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, D3, Ember, HTML, ect.

Experiencewithin at least one of following design technologies: Adobe Photoshop, AdobeIllustrator, Sketch, InVision, ect.

Familiarity with Drupal and/or experience working on enterpriseweb sites or applications

Coding/development experience

Experienceworking in an agile environment

A Bachelor’sDegree or higher in design, usability, fine art, or a related field stronglypreferred

Candidatesmust have at least 5-7 years of experience in 1 of the 3 categories below:

Visual Design:

Experiencewith tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InVision, Sketch, ect.

UI Research:

Experienceconducting field and/ or web research

Experience with tools such as Crazy Egg, Chalkmark, Validately,Treejack

UI Design:

Abilityto create & communicate complex ideas/ workflows through diagrams,wireframes and images

Experience with tools such as InVision, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch,ect.
