Job Description:

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creates businessprocess designs and business system designs that meet the business needs and helpapplication team to deliver best in class technology platform for the business

Developunderstanding of competitors’ platform and evaluate features and benefitsrelative to business offerings.

Work with internalbusiness users and sponsors to determine business requirements and translatesthem to system requirements. Delivers program requirements to developers andserves as the developer’s point of contact for clarification and follow-upthroughout the development process. Help refine product roadmap.

Creates anddelivers user documentation as necessary to ensure proper use of changed andnewly implemented efforts. Considers business processes and system interactionwhen creating this documentation. Determine proper delivery method for thiscommunication: e.g. formal training, distribution of soft copy document etc.Works with internal training staff as necessary to ensure departmentalconsistency.

Work in an Agile workenvironment to deliver projects while balancing time and scope to supportrobust change and configuration management practices.

Mentor and developother business analysts and work with cross-functional teams to ensurecross-functional requirements are met.

Communicate projectissues to management and creating deliverables that adhere to projectmanagement standards.

Collaborate witharchitecture team in devising the best architecture and designs including an emphasison scalability and 24x7 availability.

Collaboratewith project managers and shared services teams to develop and manage workintake activities and resource plans. Research use of technology improvementsand recommend creative solutions

MS Project or Visioexperience a plus

Working knowledgeof SQL for performing data analysis a plus

Understanding offinancial and revenue model a plus

Claimsprocessing and payment systems experience a plus
